Cannot beat the location. It’s right in the middle of everything. Clean, spacious and really just an enjoyable place to stay. The host (Halie) would answer any questions I had immediately, great communication and just as sweet as she could be. Check in/ check out were a breeze.

An absolute gem of a property and incredible communication with the host. Perfect location for our little adventure in Knoxville -- highly recommend!

The perfect getaway! Positive: I LOVE this place! It is the nicest, most affordable place I’ve ever stayed. The beds are AMAZING, and it’s beautifully decorated. They have covered every detail. I wish it was available on weekends!!! Negative: We have ZERO complaints!

I loved everything about this place!! It was great from the snacks to the sleep!! Didn’t really notice the live band dow Positive: It was everything!! Definitely would stay again!! Several pots and pans to use. Laundry detergent and all! Just a homie vibe altogether ! Negative: Sadly the bathroom was not cleaned properly, jets were not properly cleaned…tub had to be cleaned upon arrival.

Positive: Host was extremely easy to work with and there was excellent communication. Beautiful space and the location was perfect! Everything was as advertised if not better.
