Halie was an amazing and responsive host! This place was so spacious and accommodated my family of 5 wonderfully for Thanksgiving / game day! So much fun playing Sinatra and The Beatles on the record player. Huge TVs in every room and a pool table was awesome. Beds, sheets and pillows were very comfortable. The walk to Neyland was approx. 1.2 miles. Lots of snacks and water which was super nice!Noting the following but I would stay here again:1. Thermostat was locked and had to be changed by owner. 2. Wagon Wheel bar downstairs was playing music until 1:30am Friday night and 2:30am Saturday. It was really just white noise. Halie kindly has packages of earplugs available in each room.3. No dedicated parking made for some juggling with cars. You can load/unload in the ‘flasher’s only’ spots.

Nice place, great location. Host was exceptional with communication. Needs a few more comfortable seats and maybe a table for family game night.

Location, location, location and super fun ambiance! What a terrific stay we had and I cannot compliment Halie (the host) enough for her always-quick and helpful responses. As the description says, this loft is smack in the midst of Old City which is the hottest restaurant and club area in Knoxville. Think central, ultra funky and hopping day and night. Think Beale Street - it’s colorful, loud and lively! Getting in is a breeze. We found all beds to be very comfy (good mattresses and soft linens.) Truly a really well stocked kitchen where we appreciated the snacks, waters and coffee on hand. And especially our family took advantage of great spaces to hang out, play music, play pool, or watch one of the many TVs. This loft is a real find. 10/10.
